The Build It Awards by Build It magazine made a welcome return to a live event with a lavish ceremony in London, bringing together a range of stakeholders and companies operating in the sphere of custom and self build.
The National Custom and Self Build Association was thrilled to see many of its members shortlisted, with some well-deserved projects going on to win awards. We’d like to say a hearty well done to all those shortlisted, and a special congratulations to our members Graven Hill, Carpenter Oak, Frame Technologies, Oakwrights and Unboxed Homes for winning their categories.

The award went to a couple who self-project managed their way to a stunning woodland home that draws inspiration from the local area. Backed up by weekly site visits from their architect, the owners created a unique and eco home
