Solution Property is a UK based property investment business that runs and manages a portfolio of properties and has completed a number of development projects in the Southwest.
Now the company is focusing on the identification of development land which offers the opportunity for small scale self-build schemes and putting forward outline planning applications for suitable sites.
Solution Property then progresses successful sites, installing the necessary infrastructure (shared access, utilities, green infrastructure, etc.) to service the self-build plots. These serviced plots are then offered to self-builders to purchase with outline planning already in place. The permission generally defines a pallet of materials and size constraints for the dwelling, but otherwise self-builders are free to design every detail of their dream home themselves.
