All of our homes are individually designed, and we undertake everything from obtaining planning permission and building regulations approval to the complete turn-key build. A Honka home is very quick to build, so your investment is in the materials rather than the labour to build it, typically less than 6 months for a 4 bedroom house. There are no restrictions on interior fixtures and fittings, external finishes or roof coverings, so it is a truly bespoke service which can be tailored to meet your requirements and budget.
