Evo Homes

Evo Homes is a small family run company based in St Ives, Cornwall, specialising in the delivery of serviced plots for self and custom build, as well of offering design and construction services for these plots. Working exclusively in West Cornwall, its sites range in size from 2-22 plots.
Evo Homes is a collaboration between an architect and a site foreman / carpenter partner – a site finding and custom build journey that began when the pair realised how hard it was to find a house plot for their own grand design over 10 years ago.
