East Midlands Community-Led Homes

East Midlands Community-led Housing (EMCLH) supports communities working to build their own affordable homes across the East Midlands and adjoining counties, offering help and advice to build relationships and empower communities.

To date it has contributed to 38 homes being built in Lincolnshire and Derbyshire, with facilitators Martin Field and Trish McCourt.

EMCLH is able to work with community groups but also landowners, local authorities and other organisations to bring forward community-led homes.
