One of the UK’s leading self build specialists has officially announced its partnership with a Cornwall-based contractor/developer in preparation to provide homes for a pioneering custom build scheme.

Kit home manufacturer Potton is partnering with R G Kellow to provide homes for the Trevenson Park South custom build development, a large-scale regeneration which is part of the Heartlands masterplan in Pool, Cornwall.

The 54-home scheme, headed by joint venture developer Carillion Igloo, will offer prospective custom builders the chance to have their own home designed and constructed for them by one of six home manufacturers.

Customers will be able to choose from five Potton home types, specifically designed for the development by award-winning architects HTA Design. The designs have complete internal flexibility, allowing customers to create a stylish, energy efficient, home that is tailored to meet their individual needs. Every home will be manufactured in a quality controlled factory environment and finished on site by highly skilled, local craftsmen.

Its local knowledge, skilled local labour force and highly professional approach has instilled total confidence in us and we look forward to the first Potton home being commissioned at Trevenson Park South.

The first plots will be available for sale in the spring with plots costing around £50,000 irrespective of size of home and an entry-level house costing in the region of £120,000.
