A Surrey-based custom build developer is offering to build a large 2,800sqft individually designed, four bedroom home with garaging and off road parking.

Concept2 Group is offering to work with a purchaser to customise the internal layout and specification and then build the new home to suit their individual requirements.
The site – set in a private road in the prestigious village of Kingswood, Surrey – is being sold with full planning permission for £500,000, and comes with a £550,000 ‘fixed price’ build contract for a ‘fully finished’ home. The end-value of the home is likely to be around £1.1million.
Concept2 Managing Director, Reg Honeybul, said: “The popularity of Custom Build is certainly increasing as it is simple and hassle free. Add to that the savings, around £90,000 on this plot alone, and it is easy to see how custom build allows full control over costs and budget while still achieving the desired end result.”
The Kingswood project is the latest in a number of Custom Build schemes currently being progressed by Concept2.
