Unboxed Homes have won the RIBA London Award 2025 for their scheme of seven custom build homes in Blenheim Grove London, with judges commending the project on it’s ability to allow for more affordable and bespoke housing options in London;

Blenheim Grove is a development of seven new-build dwellings on a brownfield site next to the railway line. Working with developer Unboxed Homes, Poulsom Middlehurst designed a scheme of shell-only homes as part of the Greater London Authority’s Custom Build Housing programme.
