House design, planning applications & timber-frame house construction – your one-stop self-build and custom-build specialist partner since 2014.

Our role is to help you design your perfect home, get planning permission and provide you with a fixed-price quotation for us to build. We offer a package approach by taking on the design of your home with our own architects, submission of planning applications and then the fixed-cost build of your self-build package home. Our homes are fabricated by market leading Dan-Wood in its state-of-the-art factory. It only takes 3 to 4 days for the frame to be weather tight from arrival on site and then 10-16 weeks to hand over the keys. Our homes are highly energy efficient, often feature architectural features such as double height space, come with air-source heat pumps and underfloor heating as standard and with quality and attention to detail.

We often provide a project management service on top of the house construction process to make your self-build project as easy as possible. We can also provide foundations, service connections, warranties and the many more things you need to have in place for a successful project.

Over the years we have designed a portfolio of our own house designs to act as inspiration for you, or we can design a bespoke home from your own ideas… or a mix of both !

We are based in Cheshire and can supply our house construction service for our catalogue of house designs across the whole UK. Our house design and planning services are presently mainly aimed at people building in the North, from Cumbria down to Staffordshire and from Wales across to Yorkshire.
