Six plots have been released on three-and-a-half acres of land north of Hermitage Drive, Warkworth (pictured). The serviced plots – at least 1623m2 in size – each have scope to feature a detached home and are priced from £230,000 each.
A second development at nearby Watershaugh Road is a three acre site featuring nine plots each at least 1022m2 in size. These plots, also serviced, are large enough to feature a detached home on each and are priced from £175,000 each.
Each of the plots comes with planning permission – and both sites are also offered as a bulk purchase which could suit people who might wish to build together as a group.
A further three plots have been announced for a site in the Greenfield Farm Steading area of Alnwick.
Matt Hoy, manager at Bradley Hall’s Alnwick branch – which is marketing the sites, said: “Each plot provides the opportunity to create a home based on a buyer’s own personal requirements and tastes, which is a rare luxury, especially in such a cultural, affluent and idyllic area as Northumberland.”
