A number of serviced self build plots have been made available on a residential development in north east Scotland.
{TEASER}
Detailed planning permission has been granted for eight one-and-a-half-storey houses on the Highfield development, half-a-mile south of Garmouth, Moray. Plots on the two-and-a-half acre site range in size and can accommodate two to five-bedroom homes. There is also the option for purchasers to work with a preferred builder to help construct the homes or even have work on the plots fully completed with bespoke designed NHBC approved houses under a custom build model.
Work to install roads and infrastructure has already been completed and it is understood that the local authority will take over maintenance of the roadway on completion of the development.
Plot prices start from £65,000 with offers considered for individual sites, the whole development or multiples of sites. Similar three-bedroom finished homes nearby fetch around £190,000.
An open weekend to allow viewing of the site and plots is being held this weekend (Saturday 2 to Monday 4 May) and the architectural practice Future Plans will have experts on hand at the neighbouring Barnyard Studios to offer advice.
Further information can be obtained from Future Plans or Cockburns Solicitors.
